Take the Tri-Dek Green challenge!

1) Install Tri-Dek in one HVAC unit, your pleated in the other
2) Pleated filters should be sealed for the test to force as much dust into the pleated media
3) Make sure belts (if used) are adjusted properly
4) Don't replace until you get to 1"WG

Tri-Dek is a multi-denier, depth loading synthetic media that has been constructed into a self-supporting panel filter that offers an excellent alternative to pleated pre-filters. Tri-Dek offers better efficiency, longer service life, reduced shipping charges, reduced air bypass and fewer damaged filters than pleated air filters. Tri-Dek can also be made into several air filter types, specials and custom OEM filters to save money and help you go Green with filtration.
