methods of heat transfer for condenser systems. Chilling Filters is an
engineered evaporative pre-cooler that enhances the heat transfer of
air cooled condensers.
The technology takes
domestic water through a filter/water softener assembly and then
refrigerates that water by passing it over the suction line of the
operating compressor/chiller. This effect reduces the water temperature
by as much as 20 degrees. Once the condensing system reaches its
optimum operating temperature, solenoid valves, through the on-board
electronics, monitor the temperature of the liquid line and flash on to
apply refrigerated water over filter media which is installed over the
inlet side of all condenser coils.
